What you'll be doing:You'll be a key player in growing their maintenance agreements and driving new sales. From quoting customers to generating leads through cold and warm calls, you'll help shape our success while enhancing the customer experience.

Duties include:

  • Research new projects, create quotes, and follow up with customers
  • Make outgoing calls to drive new and existing business
  • Process orders and generate monthly reports
  • Maintain the website, online shop, CRM database, and assist with social media and SEO (once trained)
  • Handle general office duties and attend key meetings

Ideal candidates experience and skillset:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • A keenness to progress
  • Degree educated (or commercial experience)
