Role: Service Transition Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to lead the client-side transition from a major implementation programme to a seamless operational support model. In this role, you will collaborate with technical and programme management professionals, working across all workstreams, partners, and business operations. Your focus will be on engaging a broad range of stakeholders and developing a comprehensive transition approach for the programme.
Key Requirements:
Required:
Delivery-focused professional with the ability to work to short deadlines.
Preferred:
Public sector experience.
Experience with ERP/SAP implementations.
