Jubilee is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to work with the existing Head chef and push the food at this new and exciting venue.

This will be a fresh food pub, with refined pub classics, brunch, Sunday lunch & restaurant quality dishes!

Responsibilities of the chef:

To support the head chef & sous chef in the day to day running of kitchen
Preparation of food, 99% of menu items prepared in house
Run shifts and organise kitchen in the head chef absence
Manage team in the head chefs absence
