A well established ground investigation contractor based in Gloucester are seeking a driven and experienced geotechnical site engineer to join their expanding team. The Geotechnical Site Engineer selected will be provided with:

This Geotechnical Site Engineer position requires focussed work on a variety of projects. You'll be carrying out risk assessments, borehole logging, supervising drilling rigs, training junior team members and writing factual reports. Client liaison and supporting junior members of the team will also be required.

The successful Geotechnical Site Engineer will:

  • Have a degree in geotechnical engineering, applied geology, environmental science or a similar/relevant subject.
  • Have experience as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer.
  • Have exceptional communication skills, ideally with experience leading a team and/or supervising junior members.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Be commutable to the Gloucester area.
