Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings and rail sector, is currently seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team in Gloucestershire on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys, inspections, and reports within a hospital setting.
- Interface effectively with MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works.
- Ensure projects adhere to healthcare regulations and building standards.
- Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospital projects (essential).
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination.
- Knowledge of building regulations and compliance within healthcare settings.
- Chartered status (MRICS) desirable but not essential.
