Customer Service Administrator

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00
Hourly pay rate: 11.50
Location: Gloucester- outskirts of the city center

Responsibilities:
- Working through customer online queries and responding to their emails regarding their orders.
- Navigating all Microsoft packages to efficiently address customer inquiries.
- Providing support and assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Collaborating with the team to drive continuous improvement in customer service operations.
What we're looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A customer-centric mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
