Our client, a distributor of specialist and high-quality equipment and services to the medical industry, is currently going through a rapid growth period and are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing and busy team. They currently have an opening for a full-time Sales Operations Executivebased from their offices in Quedgeley.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with facilitating sales activities and aid in the progression of sales opportunities from lead generation to closure. As an executive you will work closely with sales representatives, management and cross-functional teams to ensure that sales strategies are effectively implemented and optimised.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the sales team in managing leads, tracking sales activities and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities

-Produce quotations for new & repeat business for sales, service, rental & repair

-Record requests and process purchase orders

-Monitor all shared email inboxes and action incoming items appropriately

-Working with the Head of Inventory to appropriately allocate stock to orders

-Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information to support the sales process

-Help maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities, customer interactions and sales forecasts

- Support the training and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they are familiar with processes, tools, and best practices

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous experience working within a sales support role

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Good level of IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications

-Strong attention to detail with ability to work to deadlines

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience + private medical insurance, 25 days holidays + bank holidays and team and social events!
