Work from engineering drawings
Program, set and operate CNC Milling machines for often complex components
Prove out programs, fault finding when needed, and perfecting for optimum performance
Produce parts for a variety of sectors in a variety of materials
Machine one off’s, small and medium batch parts

Skills & Experience for CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator

Capable of programming and completing full set up of a CNC Mill at the control panel
Capable of editing CNC programs to perfect your machining operations
We're not worried about the specific controls you're used to. We know companies use different panels but a good machinist will be able to transfer to any panel, and we'll help you with this if you haven't used what we have.
Ability to work alone and to inspect your own work ahead of first off inspection
