Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a regular presence on site to scrutinise works independently
  • Ensure the correct materials and standards are utilised
  • Identify and prevent potential issues through foresight
  • Manage and rectify any defects that arise
  • Witness testing procedures
  • Attend and contribute to progress meetings
  • Issue communications as required by the contract
  • Issue reports documenting the sequence of works, including site photographs
  • Issue instructions to search for defects and manage the issuance of the Defects Certificate at the end of the Defects Correction Period
