We are seeking a Small Works Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects such as plant rooms and boiler installations, primarily for local authority clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
- Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to specifications.
- Enforce health and safety standards, maintaining a secure work environment.
- Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and completed works.
- Manage client relationships, addressing project requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing small mechanical projects in the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, heating systems, and mechanical installations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
