In this role, you’ll lead onboarding and training for new hires, deliver performance improvement coaching, and support key change initiatives. This position is ideal for a confident trainer dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to a collaborative, people-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new employees on products, systems and processes
  • Provide coaching and support for performance improvement
  • Design, update and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules
  • Report on training and CPD metrics
  • Stay informed on industry updates and compliance, sharing insights with the team
