Description

Are you passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a growing manufacturer and supplier of pumps and pump systems, is looking for aCustomer Experience Coordinatorto join their dynamic team based in Gloucester. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

  • Manage Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP).
  • Create and follow up on order acknowledgements.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
  • Handle returns administration and liaise with logistics, purchasing, and accounts teams.
  • Support production scheduling and project delivery coordination.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
