Location: Stonehouse, Stoud

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (Early finish Friday).

You will be providing excellent levels of customer service whilst accuratley order processing and problem solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Ensure customer queries regarding orders are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensuring invoices are prepared distributed and communicated to internal and external customers.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of service always, over the both the telephone, face to face and via email.
  • Highly organised daily.
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also by yourself.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excel experience. 
  • Immediate start advantageous.

  • Friendly personality.
  • Good levels of comminication via phone and email.
