In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Manage Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP).
- Create and follow up on order acknowledgements.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
- Handle returns administration and liaise with logistics, purchasing, and accounts teams.
- Support production scheduling and project delivery coordination.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in IT, with a good understanding of common software tools.
- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £28,000.
