Customer Service Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of January 2025. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00

Hourly pay rate: £11.50

Location: Gloucester- outskirts of the city center

Contract type: Temporary.

Start date: ASAP.

End date: 31-01-25.

Due to the nature of the role the duration of the contract must be worked.

Responsibilities:

  • Working through customer online queries and responding to their emails regarding their orders.
  • Navigating all Microsoft packages to efficiently address customer inquiries.
  • Providing support and assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy in order processing and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the team to drive continuous improvement in customer service operations.
