Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an Administrator for our Public Sector client based in Tolvaddon.

Key responsibilities for the Administrator are;

  • Working within the customer service Centre to ensure all records are kept updated and ensure
  • Providing proactive general administration services and undertaking clerical duties in a professional, timely manner, as and when required
  • Being the first point of contact for queries, answering and re-directing calls as required
  • Diary management including booking meetings etc.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Ad-hoc project work

The Ideal candidate for the Administrator will have;

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR, inputting data, and data management
  • Experience in diary management

The Administrator will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands.
