In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with both students and teachers to promote a positive and engaging learning environment. Your duties will include assisting with lesson preparation, supporting students with their learning, and helping the teacher with classroom management. Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver creative and engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), on an individual or small group basis.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students are encouraged to excel.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
