Labourer /Electricians Mate (Solar Farms) required to work around Gloucester/Cheltenham area.
You must be able to travel up to an hour away.
My client is happy to take on a labourer or electricians’ mate if you fancy a change of scene and would like to try something different from Domestic jobs. You will be working outside on their Solar Farms - full training will be provided.
Ideally this will be temp/contract/subbing for 3/6 months and there is another farm in Gloucester to work on after, if all goes well.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install string cables onto photovoltaic (PV) array tables.
- Make off MC4 connectors at panels and combiner boxes.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards
Skills & Qualifications required:
- Valid CSCS card & to be set up as sole trader and have your own UTR number
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Common Sense and reliability, essential.
- Full UK driving license - YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT
Offers:
- £140-160 per day depending on your experience.
- Working hours; 7am-5pm with an hour for lunch.
- Overtime Saturdays offered.
