Our client is looking for a Team Manager (Connect to Work) to join their Employment and Skills Hub Leadership Team

Responsibilities:
  • Work specifically on the Connect to Work programme and line manage Team Leaders responsible for various areas of work including delivery, and be accountable for the performance, quality of work and effective deployment of resources across the team
  • Be involved in the development of the Connect to Work programme including the development and review of policies and procedures
  • Maintain and encourage a team that promotes independence and encourages individuals to achieve their employment aspirations
  • Take an active role in the strategic development of inclusive employment both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Experience working with people who have barriers to entering the labour market
  • Experience undertaking line management duties including HR procedures and resource management
  • Experience supervising/mentoring/coaching/training staff
  • Knowledge and skills relating the safeguarding adult procedures and of managing complex, high risk situations
  • Clear and valid driving license or have the ability to travel around the County
