About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of the organisation, providing dedicated support to our Group CEO and a small Executive Team. You'll manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks while also handling company secretarial duties for the Group. This is a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and enabling strategic decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for the CEO and Executive Team, managing information flow with discretion and accuracy.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate calendars, meetings, and business events.
  • Administrative Support: Create documents and presentations, take meeting minutes, and distribute actions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and report expenses regularly.
  • Company Secretarial Duties: Manage compliance, filings, board meetings, resolutions, and corporate governance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
  • Exposure to Group-level and Private Equity environments is highly desirable.
  • Company secretarial experience is a plus, but full training can be provided.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.

LocationThis role is hybrid, with occasional travel required. Being based within commuting distance of Oxfordshire or Gloucestershire would be advantageous.
