Accounts Payable Supervisor

Citadel Source is delighted to be working with a well-recognised brand based in Gloucestershire who are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor reporting to the Head of Financial Operations. The role requires a good communicator who has experience of managing an accounts payable team in a fast paced environment.

The role

The role requires having experience in managing a high-volume Accounts Payable function, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and multi-currency expertise.

As the Accounts Payable Manager your role will include but not be limited to:

• Managing a team of AP Clerks
• End-to-end purchase ledger proces
• Processing supplier bills and credit notes
• Onboarding new suppliers & completing credit checks
• Bank and Statement reconciliations
• Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
• Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
