Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering insightful advice and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
• Must have minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
