Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering insightful advice and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
- Must have minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
