You may be from an ACA background in practice or have qualified CIMA/ACCA in industry, and you're now ready to step away from traditional month-end routines into a more project-oriented and dynamic role focused on finance transformation.

How you'll make an impact:

As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will support various finance transformation initiatives aimed at improving finance processes, systems, and overall efficiency. You'll work alongside the finance leadership team to contribute to key projects, while continuously developing your project management and system optimisation skills.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the analysis, design, and implementation of finance process improvements.

· Collaborate with finance teams to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement in systems and processes.

· Work on project plans to help drive process automation and digitalisation across the finance function.

· Support the development and rollout of new finance systems, ensuring a smooth transition from old processes to new.

· Participate in training sessions to upskill finance teams on new systems and processes.

· Contribute to change management activities, helping to manage expectations and ensure team buy-in.

· Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones and outcomes.

· Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting for transformation projects.
