Daytime Healthcare are assisting a Childrens Home to find a Deputy Manager to join the team in Gloucester. This home provides care, support and homely accommodation to children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

This is a good oppertunity for someone who is currently a Seinor Support Worker that has experience working with children with complex needs, that is looking to progress to a Deputy Manager role.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting people with complex needs and experienced in line managing staff teams.
  • Have (or be working towards) a Level 3, 4 or 5 Diploma.

Working hours: 40 hours per week predominantly during Monday to Friday 9-5 with some requirement to work weekends. You will also have on-call duties.
