Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential projects using Revit (essential).
- Assist with planning applications and ensure compliance with UK building regulations.
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients to support project delivery.

- Recently qualified Architectural Technician
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
