NonStop care are working with a Good Ofsted National Fostering Agency, who are looking for an experienced manager to join their service - based in either Gloucester or Bristol. This agency are offering fantastic training & progression opportunities and would have no issue with working alongside Team Manager who is looking to progress their career!

The Role:
Be the Ofsted Registered Manager and will be accountable for the service
Meet all regulatory requirements and lead us in our ambition to move from a Good to Outstanding Ofsted judgement for this Fostering Service.
Working with a team, including two team managers, who are driven and ambitious to continually improve the service they provide to children and foster carers
Benefits:
Competitive salary - starting from 50,715 & scaling based on interview and experience.
Non case-holding position.

Requirements:
A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
An up to date DBS check
Experience working as a Team Manager within Fostering services
