Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Document client interactions and service requests in our internal system.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments to optimize time management.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle emails and support tickets professionally and promptly.
  • Uphold high standards of customer care and attention to detail.
  • Support team objectives through dedication and a strong work ethic.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as required.

Job Requirements:
