Our client based in Gloucester who are a non-profit organisation supporting mental and physical wellbeing of young people in Gloucestershire, have an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join their passionate and ever-growing team.

You will be working closing with Senior Management supporting the administrative function within the recruitment side of the business ensuring that all appropriate policies and procedures are maintained.

Responsibilities:

- Support the administration function of the workforce recruitment

- Undertake full life cycle of employment paperwork

- Provide support to management teams with all people administration

- Attend HR related meetings as required

- Assist with facilities management

- Continually review practices to ensure they are of the highest standard

- Keep up to date with people law and legislation

- Maintain the training calendar and provide regular communication to wider organisation

- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required including reception cover during staff absence

Candidate Attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail

- Excellent organisational and ability to multitask

- Positive and friendly approach

- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative

- Previous HR/Recruitment experience would be highly advantageous

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary: up to £27,000 depending on experience + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown (not taken out of your allocation)
