Key Responsibilities:

 We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inclusive Employment Manager to lead the team. Your role will involve:

  • Leadership & HR: Support and manage Team Leaders and staff, oversee HR processes, and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Performance & Quality: Monitor team performance, handle complaints, ensure quality assurance, and share performance data with the DWP.
  • Compliance & Promotion: Ensure adherence to employment frameworks, promote the service, and collaborate with other programmes.
  • Community & Strategy: Engage with community resources, develop inclusive employment strategies, and contribute to policy development.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and coach staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Ideal Candidate:

You should have experience in:

  • Supporting individuals with employment barriers.
  • Managing HR processes and supervising staff.
  • Handling high-risk situations and safeguarding.
  • Conducting audits and implementing action plans.
  • Meeting deadlines and providing data analysis.
  • Collaborating with various organisations and developing new projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Understanding:
  • Strong confidentiality, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and high-risk management.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage workloads, handle challenging conversations, and embrace change.
