Our excellent client in Gloucestershire is looking for an individual with HR experience to join their team on an on ongoing basis with potential for longer term commitment. The ideal individual would be able to start at relatively short notice following a successful interview.
A HR related qualification is not essential, however, previous working HR experience will be key for this role, as you will be expected to get stuck straight in, with the support of a Head of HR, plus general team support with administration.
Duties
- HR administration
- Employee relations cases.
- General recruitment and retention support.
- Equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Employee welfare, support and engagement.
- Learning and development.
- Policies, procedures and working practices.
- Communication with external recruitment agencies.
Key Attributes
- Previous HR experience either at Coordinator or Advisor level.
- Experience dealing with employee relations cases.
- Excellent communicator.
- Proactive, self-starter.
- Ability to manage a varied workload.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday based on site.
