HR AdvisorGloucester£36,000.00We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone eager to contribute across multiple HR areas.Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Coordinate training programs and support employee development.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it).
