HR AdvisorGloucester£36,000.00We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone eager to contribute across multiple HR areas.Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
- Coordinate training programs and support employee development.
- Assist in managing employee benefits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it).
- 2-3 years’ HR experience, ideally in a similar-sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
