GRG are pleased to be recruiting an experienced HR Advisor working for a leading manufacturing organisation.

Reporting into the lead HR Business Partner, your role is a combination of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

First POC for all general HR queries
Employee relations - dealing with 1st stage enquiries and low level ER case management such as absences, performance management, exit processes
Managing absence data reporting
Support HR Shared Service Function
Assist the team with salary reviews, rewards and benefits
Deliver HR inductions for new starters
Supporting the delivery to their people and culture strategy

About You:

Experience HR Advisor / Officer / Generalist
Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified
Experience using Workday - advantageous!
