Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a true generalist HR Advisor role in Tewkesbury?
GRG are pleased to be recruiting an experienced HR Advisor working for a leading manufacturing organisation.
Reporting into the lead HR Business Partner, your role is a combination of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
- First POC for all general HR queries
- Employee relations - dealing with 1st stage enquiries and low level ER case management such as absences, performance management, exit processes
- Managing absence data reporting
- Support HR Shared Service Function
- Assist the team with salary reviews, rewards and benefits
- Deliver HR inductions for new starters
- Supporting the delivery to their people and culture strategy
About You:
- Experience HR Advisor / Officer / Generalist
- Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified
- Experience using Workday - advantageous!
- Forward thinking
- Proactive
- Impeccable communication skills
