- Conduct 6 monthly meetings with Capability Leads.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with line managers.
- Be the point of contact for employees on long term sickness absence, providing guidance with regards to Bradford Factor management and ensuring that a monthly report is published to the Operations Director to help improve absence if necessary.
- Overseeing recruitment alongside the Recruitment Advisor, managing and assisting where necessary.
- Manage, support and develop the People Team.
- Create, review, and update HR Policies.
- Review, maintain and update HR forms in conjunction with the Senior People Administrator and Compliance Lead.
- Review, maintain and update Employee Handbook.
- Prepare monthly payroll memo to discuss with Assistant Financial Controller for new starters/leavers/amendments to contracts/Terms.
- Be part of the ED&I Ambassador group ensuring that the company remains a fully diverse and inclusion employer. Contributing to suggestions to raise awareness of various topics and assisting in holding events
- Liaise and offer guidance and support to employees in relation to maternity and paternity pay.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
