Main Duties:

Install, Configure & Maintain - Set up software, hardware, accounts, and workstations.
Network & System Management - Monitor servers, performance, security, and upgrades.
Troubleshooting & Support - Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support for issues and outages.
Security & Compliance - Ensure access controls, backups, firewalls, and IT policies.
Training & Documentation - Develop manuals, policies, and train staff on new technologies.

Skills and Experience Required:

1-2 years proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.

The salary for this position will be circa £30-35k, depending on experience.
