IT Support Engineer
Our well established Client is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while occasionally travelling to various sites around Gloucestershire for fixes, installations, and support when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd Line Support to end users, resolving complex technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Citrix.
- Perform on-site fixes, installations, and support across various locations in Gloucestershire when needed.
- Escalate issues to 3rd Line Support or external providers when necessary.
- Document processes, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Citrix.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Willingness to travel to sites across Gloucestershire as needed (own vehicle and valid driver's license required).
