IT Support Engineer – Gloucester – £30k + Excellent Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth IT setups and departures.
  • Support employees with hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including ticketing systems and internal user guides.
  • Collaborate on additional IT projects and assist the IT Manager with operational tasks.
What Experience is Required
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and fundamental IT concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and logical under pressure.
