Position: Maintenance Team Leader (Day Shift) Â

Our long standing client, a global manufacturing business are on the hunt for a Maintenance Team Leader!
Role and Responsibilities –
In this role you be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and facilities team, ensuring all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This will include scheduling and overseeing maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining records of completed work.
Other responsibilities include:
- Document all maintenance and repair work and maintain records of all maintenance activities using CMMS.
- Organise and manage equipment repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- To ensure an effective shift handover is completed by the maintenance engineering team with detailed shift report
- Supervise and train team members, ensuring single points of failure are identified and addressed
Experience or Qualifications –
- HNC/HND/Apprentice qualified level in Mechanical / Maintenance Engineering
- Extensive experience in overseeing a team and being able to train and oversee performance reviews
- Experince in a high paced manufacturing environment, working towards hitting KPIs (and setting them)
- Experince of use of CMMS and the ability to produce reports
