Export Sales Administrator

Gloucester

Position Overview

To carry out Export order processing, and completion of documentation and procedures for all customers and to support the International Sales Department including the Export Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Receipt, processing and despatch of International orders on Export Documentation
  • Data entry on to the Export system (Spex) and Internal order processing system (Bliss) - Training will be provided
  • Update Export Schedule
  • Liaise with all relevant internal departments to ensure order progression through to despatch.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders for despatch of orders.
  • Process external documentation such as Bills of Ladings, Insurance certificates etc.
  • Maintain orders, customer details and price file on SPEX and Bliss and maintain the historical order files.
  • Update relevant requirements for shipping regulations and maintain tariffs.
  • Complete customs formalities of proof of shipments.
  • Complete all Bill of Exchange and Letter of Credit bank documentation where appropriate
  • Input new product orders and amend existing product orders

Key Skills

Required

  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Possess excellent Microsoft office skills including Outlook.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Confident, enthusiastic and energetic manner

Desired

  • Microsoft Excel trained
  • Experience in the manufacturing shipping sector with a worldwide client base
  • Dangerous goods shipping experience
