Our Client is looking for a talented solicitor with very strong commercial property skills. Either a Newley qualified solicitor or up to 5 years PQE

This high quality and forward thinking commercial property department is looking to grow and we are keen to recruit an additional office based commercial property solicitor to develop their own independent team to work alongside the department’s friendly and busy team. After probation hybrid working is available

The successful candidate will require the following skill set:

  • Solid experience in commercial property/commercial law in the areas specified above
  • The ability to maintain existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist with developing new relationships with third party members
  • A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of these areas of work within the department and to assist in building up the client base.
  • The ability to work independently, although within a wider department should essentially be able to hit the ground running with matters.
  • Excellent client facing skills
  • The ability to prioritise work and to work to strict timescales where required.
  • Technical proficiency and good IT skills.
  • A strong academic background.
