We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients Commercial Property Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience within a long-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm. Commercial Property work is a key growth area for them, and this role would suit a candidate who is commercially aware and puts client needs first.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of Commercial Property Law, including Sales and Purchases, and Landlord and Tenant work.
  • Handle a broad range of Commercial Property and Real Estate work for broad range of sectors for SME+ sized clients.
  • Actively participate in the firm’s marketing efforts, including article drafting, business development, social media, and networking activities.
  • Build and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Circa 3 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor, Real Estate Solicitor.
  • Proven background in handling all aspects of such Commercial Property Law and Landlord and Tenant work.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Property and Landlord and Tenant law.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
  • Excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Ability to work as part of team and independently.
