A specialist law firm focusing exclusively on residential property work is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their award-winning team in their Gloucester office. They have garnered recognition, including awards for 'Best Conveyancing Office in the UK' and 'National Conveyancing Firm of the Year'.

The Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor's role

The successful Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, while also contributing to the professional development of junior team members. With a focus on delivering exceptional client service, the Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will handle tasks including leasehold work, lease extensions, SDLT requirements, and more.

The Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing complex residential conveyancing caseloads.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as residential conveyancing, leasehold and lease extensions, transfers of equity, and dealing with unregistered properties.
  • Experience in dealing with SDLT requirements and restrictions or cautions lodged against properties.
  • A proven ability to develop and manage junior staff members.
  • Demonstrable experience in building strong client relationships and developing new business with estate agents and brokers.
