We are seeking an Education Solicitor to join our established and highly regarded solicitors firm client based in Gloucestershire. Dealing with an existing client base of educational institutions from pre-school, primary and secondary schools through to colleges and universities at a senior level in the state and particularly independent education sectors.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expertise to clients.in Education Law.
- Advise on and manage a caseload of Educational Law work
- Show knowledge on issues within Education Law.
- Ability to work well with colleagues and maintain and build client relationships
- Strong technical abilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Senior Solicitor, Associate Solicitor, Partner
- Solid law firm background
- Mid-level to Senior PQE.
- Education Law experience
- Strong technical ability.
- Managing Cases.
- Strong client relationship skills.
