About the Role:Lead the growth and innovation of our training division in renewable energy and sustainability. Focus on developing new training products, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, compliant courses—without sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new training programs and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure courses meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Work with partners (training centres, government, industry bodies).
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimise operations.
  • Lead a small team and collaborate across departments.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in operations, training, or compliance (technical/environmental sectors a plus).
