Production Administrator - Staverton

Position Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Hourly Rate: £14.00
- Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM & Friday's 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (37 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
As a Production Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting production planning, customer service, and export trade compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
Production Planning:
- Collate and deploy comprehensive customer service KPIs.
- Launch production orders by ensuring all mandatory documents are available and attached in the production folder.
- Prepare weekly OTIF/overdue lists, collaborating with the Production and Design Teams to meet customer requirements and investigate any OTIF failures.
Customer Service:
- Support operational performance to achieve world-class supply chain targets and associated KPIs.
- Communicate proactively and timely with customers and group affiliates regarding lead times and general inquiries.
- Contribute to the Customer Focus and Service pillar to enhance customer satisfaction.
Export Trade Compliance Obligations:
- Ensure compliance with UK authorities' export requirements and the internal SGA export policy by assessing and controlling every shipment.
- Assist with plant administrative tasks relevant to the production process, including the creation of UPCs (Universal Product Codes) and ATPs (Affiliate Transfer Prices).
- Create purchase requests and manage goods receipts efficiently.
Who You Are:
- An enthusiastic and organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on Microsoft Excel is essential.
- SAP is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in production administration or a similar role is a plus, but not essential!
