An exciting new Operations Manager opportunity has become available for an established domiciliary care service in Gloucester!

You will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Care Management team whilst focusing on how to develop the business. This is a role ideal for someone with lots of Care Management expertise who will enjoy having autonomy and oversight of a domiciliary care service. There is scope to increase the salary and earn excellent bonuses as the business grows!

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Care Management team
  • Be able to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders such as local authorities
  • Ensure quality and consistency is maintained within the service
  • Focus on developing strategies for business growth through both local authority and private clients
  • Ensure day to day smooth running of overall business operations
Operations Manager Requirements:
  • Previous domiciliary care management experience
  • Driver with own vehicle
  • Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
  • Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Knowledge/ experience with tender writing preferable
  • A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
  • Good knowledge of HR processes
