Our client is seeking a self motoivated Site Manager with extensive knowledge of road layouts, drainage & finishing works.
This company is a well-established and regarded construction company who operate around the Southwest. They work for a number of interesting clients as well as acting as a principal contractor themselves. With a lot of their projects being civil and groundworks they work within a variety of sectors. Their focus on high quality service has found them great success since establishing.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities which include managing a team of groundworkers and machine workers. You will be responsible for delegating work to the team and ensuring work is being completed with high standards and within deadlines. As well as that, you will be ensuring all health and safety standards on site are being met. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be liaising with the in-house teams to ensure effective communication and to help solve any problems as they arise.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will either be a Site Manageror someone looking to take the step up who has strong groundworks experience, ready to hit the ground running. Candidates must have an SMSTS and Full UK Drving License.
