We are seeking a dedicated and organised Account Coordinator to join our team in Gloucester paying £26,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 & 08:30 to 17:30. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing one of our large accounts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting staff and allocating shifts to meet the demands of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee one of our large accounts
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members
  • Allocate shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
