Brand new opportunity to join our client who are a very well know brand within Gloucestershire. They are a well-established and successful local family run business based in Central Gloucester (Parking provided), due to continue growth they are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the Accounts team. Training will be provided.

Duties:

- Rentals Management - setting up new rentals, ending rentals, credit checks, chasing debt, reconciliations, posting and arranging payments, present current debt to senior management and liaise with customers.

- Aad hoc cover for the credit controller where applicable, checking delivery manifests.

- Inputting purchase invoices, matching goods into invoices, price checking, query resolution and dealing with product returns and claims, input banking.

- Tills cover - this involves reconciling the showroom tills to the database totals to ensure all sales in the showroom have been recorded correctly.

- Assist with ad hoc projects where applicable.

To apply for this role some previous office experience would be highly advantageous however not essential. You will need to be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and have good communication skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm however, our client can be very flexible with working hours (there may be the opportunity for hybrid working after completion of a successful probation period)
